What is functional training?

Functional training is the type of training that focuses on your entire body, making the muscles work together as they were designed to do. Some of the issues or pain in the muscles come from the fact that the conventional weight training require the use of muscles in a way that is not natural for it to contract or move. This is also a reason for so many injuries when you least expect it.
